With an innovative proposal, the store Meus Amores seeks to facilitate and make the shopping experience more enjoyable by sending its customers suitcases with chosen clothes based on what they like. The strategy for developing the characters was to create cute little monsters based on different suitcases and bags, each with different names and experiences that interact with their audience through different project items.
